How to use BFD2 Content in BFD 3.4?

Hi Drew, can i please get a replacement serial for BFD2? not sure how to PM you say just let me know what to do…

Yes. Or, alternatively you can create a ticket through support. It’s a crap shoot on which will be faster for you.

Ok. I have sent a PM twice in the last week and got no response. I guess it is time to raise a ticket. Thanks for getting back to me.

A week ago I wrote PM to you (login and reg. code to BFD2 and login to BFD3 account). I didn’t get any answer. Shall I wait longer or I did something wrong?

Is there another way to request licenses for legacy products? I tried messaging @BFD_Drew last week but have not heard back. Perhaps I’m being impatient but I would really like to get my content installed on my new system.

I was unsuccessful in obtaining my serials by contacting @BFD_Drew so I followed @Steve63 's advice and contacted support@bfddrums.com and received the following response (Thank you!!!):

I chose the chat option and had my replacement serial numbers within the hour. There was a question where none of the options applied to my question so I just picked one. The first person pased me off to a second person, he took my info and that was that.

Okay. I also own the Kabuki expansion (not working, no presets, no grooves) and it is 2024! Is this bad luck (I am a looser, baby … ;-)) or is it still not working?
