Only 8 mono inputs available in Pro Tools, instead of 16 [known issue]

• BFD Player Version: 1.1.0.30
• Steps to Reproduce: Route BFD Player discrete mono outputs to audio tracks in Pro Tools
• Expected Result: There should be 16 mono inputs available for BFD Player
• Actual Result: Only 8 mono inputs are available
• Reproducibility: Every time
• Additional Notes: Intel, macOS 10.14.6, Pro Tools 2020.6.
