I purchased the BFD Sabian Digital Vault - yesterday at around 8:30 in the evening - is the being made up by craftsman to create the cymbals, which is why I have been waiting for over 20 hours for a licence - so that I can download, install and activate it, or have the threats of tariffs caused a sudden need to hold onto copper cymbals, due to its potential lack of availability.
Or is this the usual crap customer service from InMusic/Zendesk/BFD ?

Yep, checked that, also checked via PayPal if it had been paid, which it has, I’m still now awaiting a letter from a local metallurgist to advise me that imported copper has become so expensive, that Sabian has now resorted to using recycled tins of Spam, with or without beans eggs sausage and more spam… even if I don’t like the sound of spam…
The BFD serial# is now automatically added to your inMusic account when you make the purchase (provided you added your inMusic email at the checkout). I just made a purchase and checked my inMusic profile and the product was automatically added. This is an improvement, as you don’t have to wait for an email, or enter the serial# manually in the License Manager.
