Response from the support?

Sadly, as I expected, support left the building with Drew. :sob:

It is absolutely pathetic now.

My experiences with support this year have been fine. I have gotten responses within 24hrs. Maybe it varies by the type of issue?

Is that via the ticket system?

I was actually refering to all thhe support Drew has given on the forum that no one else has over the years.

Well yeah. You were replying to Dean’s post which looks like a ticket that he filed. Agreed though, that this Forum is in a bad place now. Users are forced to reply to other’s posts via PM because of the queue system and as @CHASER has pointed out, there’s still no section dedicated to BFD and eKit users.

You’re right, I filed two tickets, one was to do with the purchase of a product, I already have the solution less than 24 hours later, serms there’s priorities.

However imo a product purchased that does not install correctly or work as it should is just as important.
