[RESOLVED] BFD3 - Maximum simultaneous product authorizations reached (ERROR#403002)

Hello,

I don’t know if I am posting this on the correct place, and apologize in advance, but I am having an issue with the license activation of my BFD3 license that was previously activated on this machine.

Basically, I had purchased BFD3.5 along with DarkFarm, Crush and Wooden Snares. Activated them in this machine, with no issue. Ran the program, created a kit, all good.

Afterwards, Igiven that a more electric oriented project landed on my lap, I purchased the Heavy Metal and the 8bit kit libraries and that’s where the issue started.

After I purchased the last two libraries, the issue started. I can’t even access the InMusic License Manager as after I logged in, the app asks me if I want to authorize BFD3. I reply yes, and I get the message shared on the screenshot bellow:

Now, I did as instructed on the error message, and opened a ticket, where I explained the issue, and the response I got was that BFD3.5 isn’t available as a demo, and then shared some links on how to install/authorize.

Given that I am getting quite the non-response here from BFD3 support, do you guys know how to go around this? I am running the Windows Version of BFD3.5.

Have you filled in a support ticket sowing them that screenshot?

Maximum authorisations means exactly what it says but if you contact support, they can issue you with some more.

Also, I guessing you bought the 8 Bit kit and Heavy Metal from the store and not elsewhere?

If elsewhere, it might be that they are for BFD3.4 and not 3.5.

I’m guessing you meant the BFD Heavy kit, not Heavy Metal, as that doesn’t exist. there are also Metal Snares.

Steve

Hey Steve.

I have included the screenshots on the ticket as well, so I don’t understand where the confusion came from. I bought both Libraries, the Heavy Kit and the 8bit directly from the InMusic/BFD3 website, as well as BFD3.5. So they should be on BFD3.5.

I am still waiting for their response on the subject, tho, because this is whole situation is kinda dumb and it shouldn’t happen to begin with.

PS: I have received a response in the meantime, and they have offered more seats for the licenses. Guess it is resolved.
