Registration fail/non-existent tech support

I purchased the BFD3.5 update the other day. I’m stuck on an endlessly spinning “Registration…” page. Same result with two different computers.

• no initial confirmation email
• no response
• no relevant help topics
• AI bot unavailable
• Of course, no phone numbers (not even for InMusic corporate)

No one expects exceptional customer support from InMusic. But sheesh!

To be more specific: I’m stuck on an endlessly spinning "Authrorizartion … " screen.
