No access to my purchase [RESOLVED]

Hi, ive just purchased dark farm expansion and experienced an oddity. Inmusic created a new profile even though i already have a profile set up for my email address. This means that i have no access to my expansion as im unable to log in to this new profile, i can only log in to my existing profile where my product doesnt show up. Any ideas on how i can get the product that i have paid for or get a refund for an un-downloadable product.
This is infuriating.
Oh and i have filed a support ticket but again, i cannot check on the status as my login details are not recognised.

I have found the issue, it is due to an incorrect email address on the order. How do i transfer this purchase to correct email address

I would suggest you log out of Inmusic, login to Inmusic using your correct email address and then file a support ticket - which you’ll be able to check on.

Am I missing something?

When you purchase expansions, I think it prompts you for an already existing inMusic profile email. You just have to double check that you’ve put the correct one in the field when/if you make future purchases. I think the only way to sort this is through support. They will have to do the transfer. It does suck, but what doesn’t suck is not having to wait an eternity for Dark Farm to finish downloading.

Thanks guys. I filed a ticket and its now been transferred to my correct account. Haven’t had a chance to download yet but should be able to over the weekend. Thanks also to customer support who responded quickly and sorted it out for me

Cool man, glad you got it sorted out and that it didn’t take too long. Their customer service seems to have gotten better from when they first acquired BFD. I had a positive experience with them a few months ago.
