Solved: the mono outputs are channels 17 upwards.
Tested with Cakewalk and Reaper.
When faders are assigned to stereo pairs things work correctly.
When using autorouting or assigning outputs manually, selecting mono outputs does not work.
In Reaper all channels play everything. Bleed set to 0.
In Cakewalk there is nothing on tracks 3 to 16, only on the main outs.
