I was just trying to grab an expansion at the last minute with the current sale. The sale prices are still showing at bfddrums.com, but when you add something to the cart it shows the normal price. The extra 10% off code A1B2C didn’t work either. It’s technically still before Jan 1st 2025 in the USA, so the sale prices should still be valid. That’s a bummer.
I tried also a few (3) hours ago as I was looking at picking up some additional Licenses for later.
It’s common for me to miss them if I wait too long as I am on the West Coast (Ca) and a lot of the time Promos end before PST.I believe these Promos may have been on GMT ( fulfilled by ESW) and I just missed them.
I did put in a support ticket just to see what they say. I’m in Europe, but my billing/region/currency is in the US. If it’s going by my IP address, then I missed it by a couple hours. I was on the fence and procrastinating because I just picked up VRT last month and am still working with it in a project and I have enough expansions already, but then realized that cymbals are the one area that could need some help. Oh well, I guess I’ll have to wait for Spring, or Summer.
I was thinking of obtaining an additional expansion, but due to the really slow availability of two purchases during this sale, I decided against it, even the support ticket I created couldn’t find my purchase, but luckily my BFD account showed the serial code to install it, 5 days after purchase. I nearly purchased instead BFD3 expansions from esoundz.com - who actually respond to emails within the same day… but then I saw an audio spitfire….

So I got a response from my support ticket that I sent.
We had experienced some issues with the product page on the 31st, which unfortunately did not show the correct pricing at the checkout. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
They gave me a link to the expansion I wanted at the discounted price, but said the code A1B2C for the extra 10% off was for AIR products only, which isn’t true.
In regard to the discount code, I am afraid it is only for AIR products which were on the holiday discount. It won’t be able to work on the BFD web store.
I replied saying that I received that code for BFD Drums, not AIR and that it was the same code I got via email during the Black Friday sale.

That is actually part of the reason I missed it.
I waited too long trying to decide if I wanted an Extra Full set of Licensing (BFD+All Expansions)
and save the most…I ended up saving Nothing
Ok, this was completely unexpected. I replied back to them about the A1B2C code being sent in an email for BFD. Let’s just say that inMusic totally resolved this matter for me and earned some big points today. Thanks Rosen.
