How to delete BFD completely from mac

I deleted everything but when my computer wakes from sleep or after restarting there is a disk icon on the desktop called BFD Core Library. The disk contains the app and several folders. All are empty. The App icon has a white circle with a line through it.

It seems impossible to remove this virtual disk. What ever I do it always comes back.

Any ideas???

Right-Click and Eject?

Check system preferences> Users and Groups > login items

make sure there isn’t a disk image there.

Check that you don’t have any legacy FXpansion folders lurking in your Library>Application Support etc folders. This caught me out a while back too.
If you have, remove them.
