I went through the migration process but when I try to go through the last process it display an error page saying user not authorized. I messaged support but I have not heard from them in more than a week
Make sure your emails addresses are the same for Fxpansion and inMusic.

The same problem for me.
No way to find a link to the migration process on FXpansion website.
My emails adresses are the same on both website (Fxpansion and inmusic.)
Skip the migration crap and just install from the current LM from the BFDDRUMS.com site.
Make sure you have registered your BFD with InBrandMusic as well
