Just discovered that my Heavy expansion has yellow flags where the kick and toms should be.
I downloaded it again and installed but that didn’t fix it.
I can see the kicks and toms are installed and in their correct folders but for some reason they’re not being picked up.

I know obvious, but did you go into the BFD3 when launched and rescan the folders? Manually add the folder(s) for the drums. When I reinstalled my Neil Peart kit, the updated download added second folder, and had to load both, as bits were in each. I guess if you only have the one folder for the kit, not the same issue. And likely you already rescanned the folder paths – but dumb reminder in case you skipped it. Sorry for obvious thought. 
Yeah did all that, reinstalled the whole kit and rescanned everything.

Interestingly, I also have the Heavy kit installed on my laptop and it’s all working fine.
I’ll copy the library over to my desktop and see if that does the trick.

Not sure what happened but I started again and reinstalled and this time kick and toms are all there.
