It’s really amazing how poorly your web shop informs about the products on offer.
I have been using your products for 10 years and frequently recommend them to others. The response I often get is that there are zero details and very few sound examples on the shop pages. And this is entirely true.

For example, take VRT. Why doesn’t the shop page

It just makes zero sense. If you’re trying to sell a product, at least give people the information you have. You might end up selling quite a bit more, because you have great products. People just need to be able to hear/see it immediately.

PS: And why on Earth am I not allowed to post links to your own servers in forum posts?! Why are you deliberately making it difficult for users to point to other sources of information?

Maybe such privileges come with a higher “trust level” or something.

I was just upgraded to a new level and could add the links.

The old FXpansion site had the most detailed kit info I have ever seen.

In addition to the obligatory kit demo’s that could be found on other sites, every single kit piece had not just one, but three sound samples at different velocity layers, and not just for each kit piece, but for their respective articulations too.

I was so impressed with their attention to detail and it was definitely one of the many reasons I bought BFD2 over the others.

It showed how serious they were about quality.
It was a nerd heaven. :joy:
