Expansions on separate hard drives?

Is it possible to have expansions installed on separate hard drives, or do they need to be in the same location? And if so, what is the process for moving an expansion from one drive to another one?

My entire library is on a seperate SSD hard drive so as long as BFD3 knows where they are, you should be fine.

You can also have them spread out accross different drives, although for simplicities sake, I think it’s much better to have them all on the one drive.

You can have them on external drives too, you just have to make sure those drives are always turned on when running BFD3, or you don’t move them or change their label.

In all cases, as long as BFD3 knows where to find your library, and the drive is fast enough, you should be fine.

Expansions can be moved around and relocated at will, as long as you point BFD to the correct location for each expansion.
