Diff between Upgrade version and Regular version

Is there a difference?
If I purchase an upgrade license what happens during installation.
Do I have to put in my BFD 1 registration # or something?
And if I do, what happens if I sell my BFD1?

Note: Make sure when you set up a new inMusic account during the checkout that you use the same email address associated with your Fxpansion account. This is essential for smooth migrating.

Upgrade has the same features as the full version. You cannot sell your BFD1 license afterwards. It will be in the system as having already been used to upgrade, afaik.
