Are the Dark Farm kick and tom versions with On/Off, snare wires bleed?

Yes to both:
It’s a bit convoluted but for kitpieces without snare wire bleed you can use a free plugin called SnareBuzz by wavesfactory, if you can be bothered to set up BFD multi-output and route the tracks to your DAW.
