Hi. I bought BDF3 a few days ago and I can’t download it in the Core Libray in application? It starts downloading and is unable to finish. Can you help? How do I download this library?

Welcome Greg. Yes, downloading of the expansions is a pain. When it gets stuck, click the X to remove the download, but keep the already downloaded data when prompted. Close the License Manager, re-open and continue downloading. It will scan what has already been downloaded and continue where it left off. Repeat the process when it gets stuck again. You will have to do that several times, but eventually it will give you a 100% complete installer with no errors.

I have the same issue. I contacted support yesterday and got a reply about 15hrs ago saying they are having server issues and are working on it. Hopefully fixed soon! Very annoying to not be able to download something after forking out $$$ for it.
Had this same problem in January. Around the 28th they said it was fixed and it did indeed work for me. Briefly. Appears to have broken again.

Also I could download BFD 3.5 version!
I know this rule. Unfortunately the problem is that the download doesn’t even start. It only downloads the main folders - this is probably a server problem.
Should be all sorted now! They have moved the download for BFD3 itself, and the core library, to the InMusic app. Currently downloading for me at a decent rate.
Would anyone here happen to know: is the core library for BFD 3.5 the same as the core library for BFD 3.4.5.28? It would be nice not to have to DL it again. Thanks!
I think it just added the free Rock Tambourine and some Yamaha cases. I have the installer for the tambourine if you just want to install that, but I don’t have the cases.
