another situation that makes bfd3 unusable (i’m offline and writing from my cell phone):
I copied some presets from my backup hdd in my bfd3’s user preset folder. i want to rescan the user preset folder and clicked in the tools menu on ‘setup content locations’:
Before I could click on ‘rescan user content paths’ in the Content Locations dialog box, the LM opened and bfd3 automatically starts a scan over all paths and deactivated my libraries.
Now I’m waiting for the internet to work again so that I can perform a license refresh…
You could try just re-installing BFD3.4.
