Changes to Bug Reporting Process

Dear BFD Player Community,

As part of our ongoing efforts to improve our support process and ensure timely resolution of issues, we are making some changes to how we handle bug reports and technical issues. Because this forum was set up as a BFD user community, and not a direct way to get in touch with inMusic, we will be limiting the ability to raise bugs on this forum and instead ask you to get in touch with support.

Effective immediately, you will no longer be able to raise new bug reports in this forum, and in the near future, we will be removing the public bug report section entirely.

This forum will remain open for all kinds of discussion, and any bug reports that have been raised already will be evaluated by the team if they haven’t already.

How can you report bugs and issues moving forward?

Please send all bug reports and technical issues directly to our support team via THIS LINK - CLICK HERE TO CONTACT SUPPORT. When submitting a report, please include as much detail as possible to help us address your issue swiftly:

  • A clear description of the problem
  • Steps to reproduce the issue
  • Screenshots or error messages (if applicable)
  • Any other relevant information
