Is there a way to unhide once you’ve hidden a drum in the browser?
I had uninstlled and reinstalled an expansion and now every sound is doubled up in the browser, is there a way to fix this? Both copies work so I’m not sure what to do.
When you look at the location in the Browser is the same location listed for both?
Have you tried re-scanning Content?..
That usually removes duplicates etc after they have been removed or location change.
Duplicates can be an issue if you had backups/copies in different locations but on the same HDD.. you also must remove the original installation/download after installing or that content may be scanned.
Same location for the duplicates, I re-scanned locations and nothing changes.
I guess I’ll have to live with it.
I’m afraid to hide one of them incase it hides both and I lose them in the browser - I haven’t found a way to view the hidden ones or unhide them - could be missing something obvious there though.
One option I have had to use from time to time..and recently with BFD3.5.
I Have the Expansions on an Ext HDD…I Tested a small Expansion.. Crush however it was the FXpansion Library which wouldn’t Authorized because it had a different Library Code… removed it…rescanned so it was removed from the Content and no longer listed/showed in the Content Window…or in BFD when launched… then replaced with the 3.5 Version Audio Content…rescanned…I had No duplicates etc.
My mistake is maybe that I uninstalled and reinstalled without scanning in between.
I’ll try a full removal as you say you did, rescan, then install again.
