You need to check/change the MIDI Octave range in BFD3 under Tools/Preferences.
BFD3 Normal Octave range is 2 above BFDPlayer.
BFD3 Key Map MIDI notes/numbers 24-95 (1-23 Not Used…96-127 grooves 1-32)
BFD Player Key Map MIDI notes/numbers 1-127 (2,4,5 Not used)
Example:
BFD3 MIDI Note/Key 24 = C2
BFD Player MIDI Note/Key 24 = C0
BFD Player is -2.
BFD3 Hi Hat Engine was Upgraded around 2 years ago…
BFD Player Core …Dark Mahogany…Dark Copper…Expansions are from Dark Farm…
Dark Farm is currently the only Expansion in BFD3 that has the Articulations for the upgraded/Updated Hi hat engine…so those articulations will be missing using anything else but Dark Farm in BFD3
