Posting here because I could not work out how to post in the dedicated BFDplayer bug report.
Firstly, thanks for the new product. I am excited at the options it brings. I own BFD3 and play it with a variety of edrums so having a stripped down product seems like a perfect secondary option.
I have downloaded the installation files and used the same files to try to install BFD player on both an old Microsoft Surface 2 (4gb ram Atomx7-@1.60Ghz) and an Intel I3 laptop. The laptop install seems to have been fine and I have got to the registration page. However, multiple attempts to install (uninstall and reinstall) on the Surface lead to the same error:
BFDplayer.exe - Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point SetThreadDescription could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Program Files\BFD Drums\BFDPlayer\BFDPlayer.exe
At this point I need some knowledgeable input to tell me what may be a good troubleshooting process to utilise.
