# Why can’t I install

The download is over with wrong size of files,

and then I try to install it,but nothing happens after this

Make sure to close the LM after you hit the Play button and the installer opens.

I’ve already close the LM but still can’t install it, does it support WIN11 now？

System Requirements for Windows says 10 and above, so I’m going to assume yes. I’m on Mac, so I can’t really offer as much troubleshooting advice. Do you have to run the installer as an Admin? Hopefully someone else on Windows can chime in and help.

Yes, been running on windows 11 here without issue
