What are you listening to right now?

Every other forum I visit has one of these threads. This feels like an appropriate location to have such a thread  Dunno if there is enough traffic thru here but just in case…

If you wanna help make this a BFD associated thread, please post music with drummers that inspire you, or programming that you find inspiring?

Currently watching this, I wish I could program like some of the drummer here plays

And this Eno track has always made me think of BFD…

Dang it,

The audiotree session is being nailed. Great performance from the band and I’m amazed by the drummer… Also great sounding kit !

May I ask why the second song makes you think of BFD ?

Ive been thinking about this question for days

I’m not entirely sure why, maybe there is something about the drum sounds, the way its programmed/sequenced, something about it always makes me wonder if Eno is actually using BFD on that track? I asked him on twitter but that was likely never going to get a response, and I dont use social media any more so even if he does reply, I’ll never know

There is something about the drums on that track that I find both inspirational and achievable within BFD, fairly easily. And I just love the track so much, the guitar solo is marvellous

One of the best session locations ever? Awesome bit of spacerock, anyone?

I love this band. These old gits could rock. And so tight, great drummer.

No Means No retired… but now they write and perform for Compressorhead, a robot rock band!

“The six “performers” in the band are all robots made from recycled parts, playing real electric and acoustic instruments and controlled via a MIDI sequencer.”

Feels like Amon Tobin should be a BFD user!

Incredible live show…
