I use BFD3 with Reaper and for a short time, it becomes strongly unstable (Now, I can’t use it !). I have some random crashes who happen randomly …Reaper stops without any current manipluation on BFD GUI… If I cancel the BFD track, all correctly works again. I have a crash log at each crash but I don’t know what I have to do with… If anybody may explain to me the process to send these crashlog to the right people of support team…; thank you in advance !
Zip your crash logs and send them to suppport@bfddrums.com.
Give a detailed explanation of what happens prior to each crash as well as your system specs.
