Hello, we have removed several highly abusive posts (from another user - not the OP) to specific staff members from this topic and others, threatening their wellbeing and security. Some of these included the personal details of staff.

The issue is not the entitlement to a refund, as a full refund was issued, but harassment against the team. We must take steps to protect team members and other users on the forum. This type of behaviour is against the forum rules.
