# Can I delete old BD3 folder locations

I just edited a preset and out of habit, saved it to C:\ProgramData\FXpansion\BFD3\System\Presets, I said yes when it asked me if I wanted to overwrite the existing preset of the same name and Immediately noticed that I now had 2 presets with the same name, one was the edited version and one was the original.

Right clicking on each and clicking, ‘show in explorer’ I realised that I’d saved it to the old folder.

So I’m guessing at some point it should be okay to delete that folder, I don’t think I can remove it from BFD3 via the contents page. I’m puzzled though that this new version should still be referencing that folder at all.

I think I’ll move it before deleting it.

Well I wouldn’t if you want to work offline and need to go back to 3.3. Even so it is a faff to get all the kits and expansions working again.
