I have purchased BFD 3 and yet put in an incorrect email. How can I get my serial number in order to register and download the software. Any ideas?
From a retailer or from BFD? If it’s BFD, send an email to support@bfddrums.com. Otherwise, maybe contact the retailer.
From BFD. I have a couple support threads open but it directed me to their support group and I am still waiting for a response. It’s been about a week and I know its the holidays but still!! I will try this avenue and see what happens. Thank you.
