# BFD window not showing in DAWs

Hi. I’m back after nearly a year to try BFD again. Totally lost my patience with it. Saw there was an update and figured the issues would be fixed by now. Time to try again… I have put a lot of money into BFD as I’m sure many have. I expect to use it.

I can run stand-alone, but that’s not much use to me. I am really wanting to run it in my DAWs. For some reason I can insert it, but the BFD window will not show. This means it’s useless…still.

Any suggestions? Mac/M1/12.2.1

If I could resell it, I would…gladly. It might even be worth paying someone to take it off my hands.

Which DAWs and which version of the plugin? I am on M1 12.3.1 and the VST and AU versions run well for me in Cubase, Studio One and Reaper.

Are you running in M1 native mode and using BFD via wrapper?

Hi,

I’m running Logic and Ableton 11. BFD 3.4.4. No wrapper that I’m aware of.

BFD loads but with no interface. Just a small inch square box.

Stand alone seems fine, albeit without much of my past content showing properly.
